Today, we debuted two new cakes: Dulce Daisy and Chocolate Chip Dream. Our chefs spent the whole day with the visiting pastry chef, and the outcome was these two beautiful cakes.

The Dulce Daisy Cake: three layers of soft-light vanilla sponge cake. With fresh ripe strawberries in between the bottom layers of the cake, fresh dulce de leche cream smothers the upper layers of the cake. Topped off with a light fresh whipping cream and a yummy peach halve.

The Chocolate Chip Dream: Mmm..soft dense chocolate sponge cake, layered with chocolate chip cream. It’s reminiscent of our childhood summertime favorite dessert: chocolate chip ice cream!
